Who we are?
A diverse team
from all across the world
Finiata was founded in 2016 and is funded by top European investors including: DN Capital, Enern, Redalpine, Kulczyk Investments, and Point Nine. Our diverse and international team originates from 18 countries across the world, and operates out of 3 state-of-the-art offices in Berlin, Warsaw, and Ukraine. But let’s not stop there – you can now join us remotely from Italy, Portugal and Romania.
Curiosity and a passion for creating practical, user-friendly products is what drives us. We live and breathe data, and operate with a growth mindset. Our colleagues are entrusted with high levels of responsibility right from inception, and we strive to foster an environment conductive to personal growth.
Why should you work with us?
Every employee has a personal development budget. Saw a book you wanted to read or a conference you wanted to attend? If it helps you refine relevant skills, we offer funding to cover the costs, and actively encourage that you pursue those interests.
We believe in experiments
We work in data-driven environments to find structured solutions to ambiguous problems. Jira and Confluence are our best friends. We teach you to synthesize actionable solutions and insights to drive sound business decisions.
Mistakes are our best learning opportunities. We support a 360-degree feedback culture and have established Leadership Principles – a unique concept in the start-up ecosystem.
We care about your health
That’s why we offer a basic gym membership for free and premium memberships at a reduced price. In addition, we are always stocked with fresh fruit and various drinks. Pizza-Thursday is our cheat day.
We grant you flexible work
Remote work, home offices or flexible working hours are no issue for us. We trust our colleagues to get the job done – no matter where they are or when they work.
We don’t leave you hanging in a strange big city. Get a real “back to school” – feeling with our weekly free German classes. You can also practice German in lunch breaks!
